Congratulations to a GSD Award Winner
Cliff Matsumoto announced that GSD/CIRA staff member Jim Frimel–Aviation Branch/Aviation Systems Development and Deployment Section–has been awarded the 2007 Distinguished Administrative Professional Award from Colorado State University. Jim is being recognized for his work on the team developing the Volcanic Ash Coordination Tool (VACT). Cliff noted that he believes this is the first time that a CIRA employee has won this CSU award. Jim and other award winners were recognized on Thursday, April 26, 12:00 Noon at the annual "Celebrate Colorado State!" Luncheon in the Lory Student Center's Center Main Ballroom.
